At Aidan Global, we specialize in premium customized sportswear and made-to-order products. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Customized Products

Since most of our products are customized and produced specifically for each customer, customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.

• Approved designs cannot be modified after production begins.
• Customers are responsible for verifying names, sizes, logos, colors, and customization details before approval.
• Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and sublimation printing processes.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before production starts. Once production has begun, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Incorrect product delivered
• Manufacturing defects
• Damaged product received

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos and order details.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized jerseys and apparel
• Used or washed products
• Products damaged by misuse
• Products without original packaging
• Size issues after approval

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Refund timelines may vary depending on payment providers and banks.

Shipping Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, material shortages, or unexpected situations beyond our control.
